I’m so pleased I ended up choosing Chris to sell my property, he was extremely helpful, professional, honest and friendly all the way through the sale. Being the first time to ever sell a property I had no idea what was required and what was involved, but Chris made it seem so easy. Nothing was ever any problem for him to make it all happen. The final sale price was very unexpected and extremely pleasing result, as it was quite a significant amount above the original asking price. Well done Chris !!! I’m also very pleased with the way Chris was able to achieve this sale without the additional expense for marketing, that other agencies required upfront. Charl was incredible, there's a stigma around real estate agents and I really hadn't enjoyed my interactions with them in the past. Charl was different, he gave us the space and freedom to explore properties and then eventually found our forever home and recommended we look at it. He was very communicative and helpful and made the process much more enjoyable. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and I have a new found appreciation for agents and understand the long journey and investment of time it takes to be an amazing agent.
