As first time buyers, this whole experience was very daunting. We had been to many viewings, over many weekends, searching for the right home for the family. When we decided to put our house on the market, our first thought was Charl, as he was the agent that we purchased the property from. We had the property rented from when we purchased it and were intending to reside there at one stage but returned overseas. Charl, his team and the team at Remax Regency Robina helped in all aspects of preparing the property after the tenants had left.
