He was always looking up for our interest. We just did put everything into hes hands and listen to him. When ever we had any question, or need it some help, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the aria as well, as the prices. We will recommend Chris to anybody, who want to by, or want to sell and need a very kind, and knowledgeable real Estate Agent who you can trust! Thank You Chris!

As a first time home buyer he was very helpful with the inspections and explaining things to me, even when I had the simplest of questions. He was efficient at communicating between myself and the sellers and nothing was too big an ask I would highly recommend him and I will be reaching out to him for any future real estate services.

Charl was the most amazing agent we could had chosen to sell our apartment. His professional conduct, and knowledge about the market, is incredible. Our place was sold very quick and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Charl guided us very well throughout the process and made it so easy and worth it. Can’t thank you enough, Charl!

From the time we meet Charl We felt at ease. He spoke to my wife and myself, no frills, just laid it straight. He then went away and came back with a plan to sell our property at the time price’s had started falling. Charl knew how to promote and sell our property . With Charl we new exactly where we were. He worked non stop. In a time when prices were dropping we believe Charl got us a good price. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
