This is my second review for Ben and I can say with confidence that my second experience was just as good as the first. This is what I wrote for the first review and everything held up the same for the second: Communication and ease of transaction are what comes to mind when I think about selling a property with Ben. I was interstate so updates were really crucial for me. There were some issues with the tenants too but Ben took it in his stride and was able to sort everything out. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone who's thinking of selling!
