Taya’s local knowledge is exceptional with many potential customers already “on her books” so advertising at all is sometimes not even necessary. We had some issues come up during our sale process ( with the property itself and coordination issues )and Taya approached them all with a calm, professional , can do attitude. She has many various trade contacts that made resolving these various issues much easier than i thought it was going to be. From the moment of meeting Russel, we knew he would be our real estate agent, as did our little one who doesn't go to anyone except very familiar faces (and would gladly go to him). He provided so much more information and thoughts than we anticipated from initial consultation, right through to the settlement. Most others just had the sales spiel, but Russel had a wealth of knowledge and didn't do the sales spiel. At no point in our engagement was Russel pushy, made us uncomfortable or was an inconvenience regarding scheduling times. He always put us and our needs and wants first. He offered to help get ready for inspections. He provided us regular status updates and reports in a very easy to understand manner. He was professional yet focused and friendly at all times, including during inspections.
