Ben sold my townhouse at Burleigh for me. I must admit i was a bit sceptical of the proposed strategy, but agreed to go ahead. Only had the one open inspection. Had a signed contract the following Monday. Couldn't believe it. As I had a tenant in place, and the buyer was going to be an owner/occupier, arrangements had to be made with the tenant to move out before the lease expired. Ben handled all the negotiations with the tenant, and even found a new place for the tenant (not real easy on the Gold Coast, with rentals hard to find). He must have lost a bit of hair with all the stress. I was lucky. All I had to do was provide Ben with the info he required, and just sit back. Oh, and I was "hoping to get a certain amount", but ended up getting 35k more than I thought was possible. Many thanks Ben, the effort you put in was incredible. You acted honestly, and guided me through the maze in an effortless manner.
