After using Charl to purchase the property originally I already knew that he goes above and beyond to make sure the process is as smooth as possible, so using Charl to also sell the property was a no brainer and he achieved a fantastic result for me.

Ben is the ultimate professional and with my situation faced a pretty hard task. We had to play a very patient game which spanned over 6 months but his resilience and persistence paid off and I have now moved into my forever home. Could not be happier!

We’ve been blown away with how stress free and enjoyable the experience has been. The chocolates, towels and hand wash were a great touch. The sellers left the house in amazing condition and were so keen to start painting and then settle in. From both of us, thank you for the great work you’ve done selling us this incredible house!
