Prior to engaging Chris Holmes as my Real Estate Agent of choice, I did my research, posing a question to my local community and neighbourhood area, via our Clearwater/Clearview website as to who would be the very best Real Estate Agent to sell my home. One of my reasons for doing this was I recollected seeing a number of positive reviews over the years, (even when I wasn’t planning on selling), for a particular person. Sure enough, my thread lit up with responses, all about this same popular, professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, resourceful, intelligent and caring individual, Chris Holmes. Even so, as a woman on my own, I had my son-in-law establish contact with him...not being sure that we’d engage, with my limited knowledge of matters Real Estate. I still had a lingering suspicion that I’d be spoken down to, or not My son-in-law had to return to his business, and Chris made direct contact with me, and I was pleasantly surprised because his communication skills are such that he established an immediate rapport with me, and I realised that I not only had the best person possible to sell my home, but that he came equipped, not only with the knowledge, skills and experience required, but with a great personality to compliment these. My home sold quickly, and all went smoothly through Chris’s adept management of the sale. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Chris.
