I dealt with Taya several years ago as I marketed my townhouse in Merrimac with a very difficult tenant and due to this a non sale. Years later I searched the internet for Taya and Taya only, to help list my property again. Taya worked with me as the place wasn't fit for a photo shoot or an open house to be honest, she did a fantastic campaign working on the potential of the place and reassured myself and the tenant that all will be ok. After a second campaign the property sold and with other issues to sort out like breaking the tenants lease she provided great advice and made everything a smooth process. I settle at the end of January but Taya has made me sleep well knowing she is on my side and has all the answers to a difficult sale. Taya is well knowledged in most areas and if she was unsure she would find out in lightening speed.
