Faith is the Bees Knees
12 months ago I moved my property over from Little Realty to REMAX Results Morningside after I was recommended to use Faith Williams as my managing agent. I hadn’t had the best experience with Little realty and I always felt as if it was hard to get in touch with the agent. The difference in customer service and the high quality of management that I have received from Faith was noticed immediately. I had a direct number to her. She either answered her phone immediately or came back to me the same day. She was warm and inviting as an agent which was a welcome change. I no longer have to chase my managing agent up to know what’s going on with my property. Faith is always on the ball and letting me know exactly what is happening every step of the way. She even leased my property within 1 business day to really amazing tenants. Always available to help and nothing is ever too hard - Faith is the one you want looking after your investment!

Great Property Manager
After making an initial enquiry based on the recommendation of a friend, I was completely sold. Faith Williams was professional, personable and most of all she was a wealth of knowledge. From the rental appraisal, to the photography, paperwork and listing of my property, the entire process with Faith was flawless. She was available to answer all my question and and most importantly had my property leased within one business day of listing!!! Because of the outstanding service I received I bought another investment property across to be managed by Faith and REMAX Team. I have complete confidence that Faith and the team will continue doing a great job managing my properties and would recommend her in heartbeat

Property Management Superstars!
Not only did I get a $20 per week rent increase when I didn’t expect it but Faith Williams from REMAX somehow managed to lease my rental property within 24 hours of listing it. Faith brought me multiple applications to choose from and was honest with her thoughts and had very thoroughly checked each person so I was able to make a clear decision. Ultimately I ended up with a tenant within 24 hours at a higher rent then expected. I am so super impressed. Thank you!

Great Agency
Hi, I recently contacted Faith at Remax Real Estate at Morningside to lease out my unit in Morningside. I have used Remax previously and i don’t have a bad word to say again about the prompt service towards leasing out my unit. With in 2 weeks of approaching Faith I have a tenant who signed the lease. I’m also stuck in Sydney and can’t even be there for the move and with Faith and the team at Remax they have helped me out in all aspects of this move and lease. Thanks again.
