Susan and Sebastian, and the supporting team, were brilliant from start to finish. Absolutely everything from helping us to present the property, to stepping in with trades people, to the strategy to sell was first class. Their energy, communication, and tireless effort was genuinely ‘next level’. They earned every cent of the commission.

We purchased an off‑market property through Kylee in October 2025, and the entire experience was seamless and completely stress‑free. Kylee’s professionalism, clear communication, and genuine support made the process incredibly easy and efficient. Carol Spalding was an outstanding real estate agent from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to getting our home sold. Carol provided excellent guidance on pricing and presentation, communicated clearly throughout the process, and handled every detail with care. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, our home sold quickly and smoothly and for a street record. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Carol to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

This is the second property Kylee has sold for us. The experience was as good as the first. We achieved the desired outcome in the first week of the campaign. We can highly recommend Kylee and her team and will not hesitate to engage them next time.

I engaged with two agents to sell my property, Susan's team is far better than the other, they were very dedicated and delivered the result. I would use them again and recommend them to property owners in the area.
