From the day Dan appraised our home to the day it settled our experience with him as our agent was seamless. Dan was confident and knowledgeable, but didn’t overwhelm us with an overload of unnecessary jargon. He was calm and to the point, always explaining things in clear and simple terms. He was proactive in seeking potential buyers and securing a contract, and as a result of that we sold our home quickly and for a price we were very happy with. We are very glad we chose Dan to sell our house.

Selling with Kylee was like working with your best friend and I knew she was the best agent to go with right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly. Kylee is honest, a good communicator and very professional plus has a wealth of knowledge about the area. She worked tirelessly to sell my place during a difficult time with COVID 19 and other issues and took my needs into consideration. Kylee has a heart of gold and would recommend her to anyone.

I unreservedly recommend Dan Elliot for any realestate needs- especially in the Seven Hills area. He is part of the community and his networks, contacts and rapport He has built up enables he to achieve outcomes other agents would only dream of. After using a big name agency where marketing and staging were big costs in what turned out to be an unsuccessful campaign we turned to Dan. He was able to successfully sell our home off market while it was being rented. By finding the right buyer and because he was trusted by our tenants who did not want people traipsing through- he was able to achieve a win win situation for everyone with one single inspection and within a few days. I could not be happier with Dan’s approach, manner and ability to act professionally but also amicably and fairly. I recommend him and would only call him if we had real estate needs.

Kylee has shown true professionalism during what can be a very stressful process by being a friendly, honest and hard working agent and believe Kylee is the best agent in Morningside. Kylee has been a pleasure to work with during the sale of our home, always prompt in responding, no matter what time or day of the week. Kylee has an extensive knowledge of the area and with her exceptional negotiating skills has also assisted us in purchasing our next project.
