Dan has excellent knowledge of the market and lives locally to the area. Dan went above our expectations to sell the property. We were happy with the sale price. The property sold quickly, at the first open home. Great result.

Kylee has helped our family on many occasions with real estate decisions so it was obvious she was the number one choice for us when it came time to sell our property. She is honest, professional and completely dedicated to the needs of her clients. I would 100% recommend Kylee to any person wanting a hassle free sale with a dependable agent.

Kylee is truly an outstanding real estate agent! She is a straight shooter, who will deliver on all of her promises. We sold during a global pandemic and were reluctant to sell, to say the least! Kylee was understanding, compassionate and a wealth of information. Not only did she listen to everything we needed as apprehensive sellers, but she well and truly exceeded our expectations. We hadn't even officially gone to market yet and she had a buyer wanting to see our property the day after meeting with us. That was it, there was a contract signed within 11 days for asking price and we settled in 45! Klyee made selling our home the easiest experience in such an uncertain time. We can't thank you enough Kylee... You are the quintessential boss babe, doing deals in heels!

Kylee was incredible. Extremely flexible, knowledgeable and passionate. She made the whole experience easy given we were purchasing during lockdown! Making herself available whenever she needed to, supporting us through decisions, and celebrating with us at the end. She is knows the area and community very well and has even gone out of her way to connect us with local services and schools.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Kylee. She was honest and upfront throughout the whole process and managed to push through the sale for us in very challenging circumstances. If we ever sell it will be through her. I have already begun recommending her to family and friends and will continue to do so.

My partner and I just purchased a house that Kylee was selling. Our experience working with Kyles was exceptional, I have never met a better real estate agent. Throughout the whole process Kylee was prompt with answering all our questions and went above and beyond to help us secure the property. Kylee is not only very knowledgeable and professional but she is a very warm and caring person - it is clear that she has a passion for her work. I can not rate her high enough. Thank you so much Kylee!

Kylee was very helpful and generous with her time. She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood not only in terms of real estate but also about the social aspects of the suburb. This had us excited and looking forward to settling into our new home that Kylee helped us secure with no hustles. Thanks Kylee and please drop in anytime for a chat and a cuppa.

Not only is Allan Tillett one of Brisbane's top sales agents, he's also a champion person. As a professional buyer, I have many encounters with sales agents, and my experience with Allan recently with the purchase in Seven Hills was just outstanding from start to finish. His 30 years of experience was evident from the outset and he worked tirelessly with his vendor and with us to reach an agreement after a lot of negotiation back and forth. I would not hesitate to list my property with Allan in future, and would recommend him to my clients in a heartbeat should any of them need to sell in Allan's area. World class.

Allan has a wonderful warm manner, is direct & honest and he has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. We put a lot of trust in him and he delivered. Communication was excellent. Very pleased with the whole experience. We highly recommend him and his team.

Given the COVID-19 happening when we placed house on the market. We relied completely on Allan's experience and to that end he concluded a successful sale. All of his advice/assistance was greatly appreciated. Allan helped us to navigate aspects of the sale that we were unaware of, in short, achieved a positive outcome.
