It's an old joke format but it holds true for our experience with Dan Elliott and here's why.... we had 3 agents through one promised us the world and told us what a superstar they were, another was impeccably dressed vowed to work with all her might but also wanted huge marketing costs upfront. Dan was professional, he displayed expert knowledge not just in recent local sales but in detailing how he ensure families were introduced to the best schools, the work/traffic routes, what shops/restaurants/gyms/sports clubs were available to ensure prospective buyers could appreciate the full lifestyle that came with the home and location. Best of all he listened to our goals and respected them the whole way through. The upfront were minimal, his photos, signage, ads, opens were first class. We sold exactly in the range we agreed to at the start, quickly and effortlessly. Highly recommended.

We were super pleased with Dan in regards to the whole buying process. Basically, our scenario comprised in selling my mum's property and my property so we can move together into a nice "Bigger" home that we both jointly can afford. And never been so happy with the property purchase "IN MY LIFE". Selling of the initial home (my mothers) was luckily not so bothersome as we had a willing buyer within a month of selling the property thanks to Dan's master marketing work. Selling my families townhouse just one month after was literally amazing for everyone as we did not need to fork out needed funds on two mortgages. Again thanks to Dan's hard work and dedication to ensure a smooth transition to the new home. Our now much bigger home has a lot of work that needs to be done, but to us, that was our glory moment as we now have a home to customise to suit our joint family needs. Since November last year, we have done a lot of new renovations and mod's to the home, and pretty much fell in love with the house... Even mum is forking out funds for a new auto gate... Let's face it. The houses sell themselves these days. But Dan seemed genuine throughout the buying process and didn't give us the run around like other agents did. He went above and beyond to drive over and get us to sign the contract by close of business that day. We thought the little gift from Re/Max was super cute and we would like another one please ;P Out of all the agents we had spoken with during our house hunt, the only two that we actually liked and were transparent with us have been from Re/max.
