She instantly put our minds at ease and we were instantly confident we had gone with the best agent. During the selling process the market slowed down (lead up to Christmas / new year) which caused a slight worry. Kylee however was with us every step of the way, keeping us updated with interest and also comparable properties in order to provide piece of mind it was market conditions, not our property.
