I have found Carol to be like a breath of fresh air to work with. She is very knowledgeable and really on the ball. Carol is proactive and helped me with great tradesmen to prepare my property for sale. Her attention to detail was excellent and she took a personal interest in making sure things happened quickly. She inspected the work done to ensure that she was happy with the outcome and was proactive in organising all the advertising material to present the property in the best way possible. I never found Carol to be pushy and she took time to guide me through the sale process step by step. The thing I have liked the most about Carol is the way she communicated.
