This was the 4th time we have sold, each with a different agent and honestly Kylee was head and shoulders above anyone we have dealt with previously. The amount of sales she does in the area, and the prices achieved tells the story. I was most impressed around the strategy for negotiation, her knowledge of not just the market at such time but critically knowing the buyers to be able to push and get the best result for the seller. I had no doubt our best interests were at heart and obviously many others find the same. My honest reservation was going with REMAX, not knowing much about them and that i considered a known name such as place, or ray white etc. to be the best.
