Professional Considerate and Honest
Kylee was amazing from start to finish, accurate estimate on property. Respectfully follow up and dealing with our tenant. One of the best!

A great result
Kylee knew the local market better than four other agents we approached for proposals to sell our Morningside property. Within a week we had serious buyers making offers in the price range Kylee forecast - which was highr than the price ranges quoted by the agents less familiar with Morningside. Three weeks after going to market we had an unconditional contract. A great result.

Brilliant honest Agent!
As we had purchased with Kylee we also trusted her with the sale if our home. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.
