Open and transparent sales process
Would highly recommend Kylee if you're looking to sell your property. As a buyer, we appreciated that she was always contactable including on weekends and that she was exceptionally quick with all correspondence. A highly knowledgeable sales agent and you will be in safe hands whether you are on the sell or buy side.

Stick with the best!!
There was never a doubt in our minds who would be selling our house. We purchased this house with Kylee and then again sold with her. This is our 6th engagement with Kylee. She organised the entire campaign from cleaners to styling to videographer and more. Kylee took the lead and returned an amazing result she went over and above what our expectations were. All of this happening during a very busy time in our lives, we had a brand new baby and thriving hectic business. I could not be more thankful for not only the great sale result and record breaking price but for the patience and extra input she provided without a hassle. Very approachable yet still super professional agent
I came across Kylee by word of mouth. I wasn't sure if she's gonna be like all other agents that we have met. The thing that surprised me the most was that she guided you and advised you without pushing you into accepting an offer. She let you make the final decision without pressure. Also, she's very reachable and responsive when I needed her advice. I will strongly recommend her if you are after someone professional, knowledgeable yet still approachable and patient with their client.

Friendly service and a very efficient sales process.
Tomas was excellent in maintaining contact over an extended period of time and keeping me informed about the state of the local market. When it came time to sell, Tomas was able to move quickly and efficiently through the entire process and readily dealt with the day to day matters as they arose, which greatly assisted the buyer, seller and existing tenants.
