Right from the outset was in constant contact and kept us fully up to date with proceedings. All inspections and respective comments were quickly relayed to us. All calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner. Daniel's staff were also most helpful and friendly. If the need arises again in the future, whether buying or selling I would seek out Daniel to be my agent.

We recently sold our family home with Dan, he worked hard and was very flexible and understanding. He is an honest, straight shooter and we felt comfortable telling him exactly what we wanted and thought on things. They don't make agents like Dan these days and I will recommend him to everyone!

Made the whole process as easy as lemon squeezy!! Was easy to talk to and always answered our questions quickly and as best he could. Not looking at buying any more houses in the next ten years, but I hope Daniel is still around in a decade or so!

Jacqui Walker and her team recently facilitated the sale of our acreage property and the subsequent purchase of our new unit in Toowoomba. We found her to be energetic and focussed in her approach. Her knowledge and research was thorough and this assisted us in setting a strong and realistic price for the sale and purchase of these properties. Without being intrusive, Jacqui and her team ensured a speedy and relatively painless passage for us as vendors and purchasers. Her care for us as clients and her dedication to achieving our goals was priceless. We thoroughly recommend her services as a professional and honest Real Estate Agent for both rural and urban properties.

I am so grateful to have had Jacqui as my agent, she is amazing. Jacqui is a wonderfully warm and caring person, such a pleasure to deal with. Her communication was excellent throughout the whole process. After asking Jacqui to take over my property, she had a buyer within a week. I would definitely recommend Jacqui to anyone looking to sell.
