From day one James and the team have been nothing short of AMAZING!! Kept us in the loop about everything! Constant updates and emails about every little detail gave us a peace of mind knowing the house was in good hands! More than a pleasure to deal with and would 110% recommend James to ANYONE wanting to sell a house. From the Family and I, THANKS JAMES!!

We enlisted Jacqui as our agent because she came with a strong recommendation from a family member. We were not disappointed. Jacqui has a very pleasant and happy disposition. We did not have all smooth sailing with our property selling but Jacqui went the extra mile for us without any hesitation. She was always up to date with all the details. Her knowledge of the property market was outstanding and she obtained a sale price far above what we expected. Since the sale of our property Jacqui has been in touch just to see how we are. How many other agents would do that? Toowoomba is very fortunate to have such a wonderful real estate agent and we will be recommending her to others who may wish to know of a good agent. Thanks so much Jacqui.

Melita Bell and Cass made the sale of our property so easy. It was listed for sale and Under Contract the same day. Very professional, stress free, excellent communication with phone calls, photos, and early settlement. Highly recommend Melita and Cass if you want your Home SOLD. A gift arrived at our home a display of Chocolates when our property was unconditional. Very happy sellers.

From the beginning of my dealings with Jaqui Walker it has been an amazing experience. As well as being very professional she is a kind and caring person who talks about your needs and will go beyond her duty to assist you with your needs. I was going through a very hard time in my life and she was a pleasure to feal with and so friendly and compassionate that it made my experience easy. This lady is not only a special agent but a wonderful person. I thank her for everything and would recommend her to anyone for selling or buying..

I have significant sales experience myself and, within 5 minutes, I knew Garry was the real deal. "This is what we'll do, this is how we'll do it, and this is a realistic figure in the current market, if you really want to sell." Damn if he didn't nail it. Within 3 months, our place sold in an area where there were far too many houses up for sale to be confident, and the eventual buyer was actually the third contractual arrangement. (Two missed out on finance). Within 3 months! Impossible to recommend him more highly.

James knows how to make a sale and goes out of his way to assist his clients. I would recommend him and his partners to friends and family.

Gary knew his business, and was very patient through the process. He dealt with every situation as it occurred and never assumed anything. Gary guided both parties through what I have to say a very difficult process to achieve a suitable and fair outcome. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Gary or Re max to anyone who needs an agent who is honest and has the right ethics. Thanks Gary

James bent over backwards for myself and my partner doing everything he could to make the purchase of our new home effortless, if there were any concerns James would have them sorted within 12 hours. Gladly would recommend and definitely will use his services again
