Melita Bell
In Jacqui Walker we found an effective communicator who was positive but realistic, committed, helpful, experienced & trustworthy. Undoubtedly the best real estate agent we have ever encountered. Her advice could not be faulted, her regular phone calls and emails kept us informed at all times, her follow up with interested parties and potential buyers was most impressive and her optimism made the whole process enjoyable. The outcome on auction day was wonderful. By identifying potential buyers with special interests in the property both buyer and seller came away with a sense of satisfaction. We were very fortunate to have found Jacqui and have no reservation in giving her our highest recommendation.

Even during a downturn in the market, we were very happy with the price we successfully achieved on the sale of our property! A very positive experience! Thanks Melita!

Having bought a house recently through Melita and Georgie, I wouldn't have wished to have any other agent. They were wonderful, always kept in contact and always kept us up to date on everything. They had an answer to any question that we asked and new a lot of information about the property. Overall we were very impressed with how they worked! Thankyou.

Jacqui is very professional and the advice and options suggested proved to be 'spot on'. Our property sold within approximately one week - we were satisfied and the buyer excited. Jacqui is friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic but not pushy or demanding. We would be happy to recommend Jacqui to sell your property.
