Trevor is the best real estate agent we have worked with . He is extremely competent; does what he says he will do and is polite together with always thinking what is in the best interests of the client. As a return customer of his services I am more than happy to recommend him to any seller or buyer.

We first approached Jacqui for an appraisal on our unit we found her enthusiastic and confident in her ability. When we decided to place our unit on the market, we had confidence in Jacqui's ability and knowledge to place the sale with her. She supported us and showed us how to present our unit for the open house and for the photos to be placed for the advertisement When we were uncertain about a legal form she came around and walked us through it. She walked us through our sale as well as the purchase of our new home. We felt confident in the knowledge of this process that if we did not understand something we were able to ring her, and she would always help us through it. I have done and would in the future recommend her services to others.

James sold a duplex for us in Toowoomba . He presented us with a clear sales plan and evidence to back his price estimates. Communication throughout the process was brilliant and a relatively quick sale resulted. Would highly recommend.

Jacqui and her team literally went the extra mile by commuting to Roma to secure the sale. They were very positive in their approach, communicated in a prompt and timely manner and were a pleasure to deal with, especially Chan who was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for all your effort in the successful sale at the asking price. Sincere regards, Peter and Rhuski Pomerenke.

Jacqui and her team were really good to work with on the sale of our first home. Follow up after the first open home was solid with multi-offers coming in. Signed within 1 week of listing. Good communication and guidance through the negotiation phase.

Harsha hands down has been the best agent we have come across. We have been looking at properties for over 12months now and near met every realestate agent in Toowoomba (majority of them very unhelpful). Harsha on the other hand, nothing was a problem or to hard, his communication was exceptional, very professional and he was willing to go the extra mile. At no point did we feel pressured when at his open home (for the property that we have now purchased) nor rushed. Any requests were resolved within a timely manner and he worked for us in every way possible. The whole experience has been made so easy and rewarding after such a journey. Highly recommend, can’t thank you enough

Trevor was most professional when dealing with the sale of our house and super efficient with his communication throughout the process. His knowledge of the Toowoomba market and years of experience in real estate was excellent.

We have engaged Trevor a number of times selling property over the last 20 years and the reason being this is his integrity , honesty and professionalism . He has always worked hard for us to sell our properties to achieve the best outcome . Trevor's hard work ethic and salesmanship haven't changed over those years and therefore have absolutely no hesitations to recommend his services to others

Harsha was the Remax team member who sold us the property. He was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. He also always responded in a very timely manner and he continued to provide an excellent service up to and even after settlement date. Nothing was too much trouble.

The Melita Bell team were exceptional! From the first inspection the team showed absolute professionalism and showed why they are market leaders in the area. Coming from someone familiar with the industry this was personalised and a pleasant experience from inspection until settlement. Thank you
