James and ReMax made the whole process an effortless and enjoyable experience and when dealing with property sales - that’s as high a praise as I can give. Extremely thorough, I basically ‘sat-back’ and let the experts take charge. I was interstate for the majority of this yet felt connected the entire time. Thank you again, James.

I am selling my investment property from interstate whilst purchasing another property where I live. I am fortunate to be assisted by James and his team. The process is very seamless from the start to finish. James is very professional and prompt with his communication. The property was sold within 2 weeks it hits the market without any effort from our end. Thanks for making it so easy for us.

We trusted Gary for a sale of our property and our experience with him couldn't be faulted. Gary went above and beyond for both us and the buyer, including rolling his sleeves up and doing some last minute plumbing repairs himself. We were particularly struck by his integrity and ethics in his dealings with us, and his experience and expertise were evident in his estimate of how long the property would take to sell and the selling price. I would recommend Gary to anyone, but especially if you've had a bad experience with a real estate agent before and need someone to re-engage your trust in the industry!

James was meticulous in keeping me informed throughout the selling process. He provided regular communication and was sensitive and professional in all his dealings with the tenant. James clearly has a vast knowledge of the local market which resulted in my property being pitched to potential purchasers and an offer was made and accepted in a short time. I have no hesitations in recommending James for future property transactions.

Never having bought a home before we were complete novices. Shaun was not only very friendly and knowledgeable but patiently explained everything to us. He kept us up to date on the quickly changing market and answered our sometimes silly questions with good humor and expertise. We were delighted we were able to purchase our home through Shaun
