A great experience. No nonsense but an honest appraisal which I initially we had doubt about its accuracy. But Harsha was spot on and the property was Under Contract, well above my expectations, within 48 hours. Great service and even better, a great result . Thanks Jacqui and Harsha.

What a wonderful experience I have had with REMAX's Trevor Manteufel in the purchasing of my new abode. Right from the start Trevor was a delight to negotiate with owing to his warm and friendly character which is very much part of his eloquent charm. Articulate in dress style matching his communication skills, Trevor demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry which helped immensely in my decision making for my future investment. Thank you Trevor for just being a genuine, nice guy.

James and his team were, right from the start until the settlement, very cosiderate and caring of her situation. I would certainly recommend James to anyone, he certainly makes the transition great for all.

Can't talk highly enough with our experience, told freinds and family of our experience and even strangers how wonderful they were with us. SAFA was Brillant, and got back to us ASAP with any of our concerns Highly recommend this team

A straight forward sell / buy process ending up being far more complicated than anyone expected. James continually did the work in the background to ensure a sale did occur whist maintaining strong and helpful communication links. He was patient, knowledgeable and supportive. We wish him all the best for the future.

James (and his team) made the selling of my house in Glenvale incredibly easy for me (and got me a great price!) The entire process was seamless. James has excellent organisational skills, a friendly manner and thorough knowledge of the local market. He obviously loves what he does and it shows. REMAX has it down pat.

My experience with Gary Klein from start to finish re: sale of my property has been great, a relaxed experience due to Gary’s confidence, product knowledge & his pleasant calm professional approach. Have sold a number of properties over the years & this sale was seamless, thanks very much Gary.

We feel that Jacqui understood our position and worked hard to achieve a better than expected sale price for us in only 4 days. She used her contact channels to great effect to seek out only those buyers who met her criteria of likely purchasers. Naturally we are delighted with the result. Everything seemed to be done at a pace we could hardly keep up with. The only area where we felt out of place in the process was that on the friday evening we had agreed to accept the best offer of $779,000 made by the eventual purchasers. A further offer was made later on that day to Jacqui by another prospective purchaser who made an offer of $800,000. When she arrived on Saturday morning with 2 contracts to consider, we weren't really given sufficient time to consider all the implications as we didn't understand that offers could be accepted after we had agreed verbally to accept the initial offer, and as a gesture of good faith in honoring our commitment, we accepted the lower offer which, incidentally was increased by the purchasers by $6,000 as they thought they had to do whatever they had to to secure the property in the face of the last minute offer. We feel that while we probably would not have made a different decision than we did, we were not given sufficient time or information to consider all our options privately and feel that it would have put Jacqui in a potentially embarrassing position with the original purchasers if we had chosen the higher offer. As in all business dealings, we have to work together to achieve the desired outcomes and overall we consider that it was a pleasure to have Jacqui on board to handle the sale of our most prized possession.
