We were looking for duel living and a plan that had easy access for a wheelchair. We saw this house online and rang up. Very professional on the phone. Open home went well and we decided to put in an offer. During the purchasing of the property they answered questions and sorted out a couple of things for a smooth settlement. I would recommend them for sale or purchase of a property.
Jacqui Walker
From our initial conversation, Jacqui was confident that she would be able to get a great result for us and she was able to deliver! She was very professional in her communication and kept us up to date with the progress of the sale. As the transaction progressed, we got the impression that she wanted a win/win situation for everyone involved - us, the buyer, our tenant & our managing agent. We would definitely recommend Jacqui and her team for your real estate needs. Wishing Jacqui and her team all the best! It has been a pleasure dealing with you and hopefully, we'll cross paths again at some stage in the future. Also, knowing that part of the proceeds are used to support Make a Wish Australia is testament that they have a heart of giving back to the community, which makes their business extra special.

I chose Jacqui and her team to sell my property due to the many awards they have won. Jacqui and her team were on time for the Saturday inspections. They followed up any buyer interest and replied to me in a timely manner. All communications were replied to promptly. In the end I was very happy with the price.

From the minute we walked into our new home and met Jacqui my husband and I felt so happy and trusting towards her. She is very enthusiastic and it felt like we knew her personally. Very professional and at the same time welcoming and understood how we felt about this home. Anyway the sale of our former home fell through and we were so worried we would lose this home. Jacqui helped us and told us how to handle the situation. We looked like we would miss out on this but we fought for it and as from 24/2 we now live in it!

From my first contact with James through to settlement, the process was smooth and efficient. His professionalism, honesty, market knowledge and communications were superior. He kept me informed via phone call every step of the way and promptly answered my questions honestly. I have sold several properties in the past, but James made this my best experience with real estate and would not hesitate to recommend James and REMAX team. THANK YOU.

As the older generation we found James a friendly, obliging & honest salesperson kept us informed of the aspect of buying a home, which we've never had the experience of before.
James O'Donohue
Everything about the sales experience with James has been first rate. The regularity and detail in his reports were second to none and his attention to detail and communication is brilliant. I have absolutely no doubt that I achieved the best result possible and do not believe I would have achieved this with any other agent. The best agent I have met in 30 years of buying and selling houses.
