I was the buyer so even though he was not working for me, he was always very helpful, upfront and truthful, and would always follow through with any requests of mine. A hard to sell place (big old queenslander) in a unique location (semi rural on an acre on a mountain) without much in the way of previous sales history. 2 previous attempts failed. Very good communication . Sound knowledge valuations and buyer profiles. A little disappointed that buyers dictated repairs to be done re the building report . Maybe we are used to rural property transaction where' what you see is what you get' at the agreed price.
