Professional and Personal
I cannot thank James enough for his efforts in selling my home. Despite a few unavoidable setbacks, he remained positive and reassuring the whole way throughout. He never failed to provide great advice and is exceptionally knowledgeable so you can be confident that you’re always making the best decision. His communication is second to none and he is an agent that you know you can trust. I never hesitate to recommend James to everyone I know.

Excellent experience with both James and Shaun
We have been looked after by both James and Shaun (mostly Shaun) during the purchase of our new home. We have had the best experience with them - they have gone out of their ways to make sure that everything has gone smoothly for us, and answered every question we've put to them (and there's been a lot!). Shaun has also been extremely quick at getting back to us whenever we've needed him to, ensuring that this has been a very stress-free process for us. Could not recommend James and Shaun more highly!

James O,Donohue
My experience as the vendor with James has been excellent. His knowledge of all aspects of the legalities of Real Estate were handled with expertise above and beyond. James is a genuine young man with lovely manners and patience being a major asset to ReMax and succeed in his career with no doubt. Therefore I would recommend James to anyone as he has been an absolute delight to work with through the process of Sale of my Unit.

Only team I will use to sell my home
The Melitta Bell team are nothing but amazing! They are enthusiastic and professional and worked very hard to achieve the result we wanted.

I did not have any dealings with Melita Bell, it was Pam that showed me the home.
I found Pam friendly , but could have been a bit more informative about the specifics regards the home, IE size under roof, council service running through the property etc.

Harsha's hardworking and positive attitude achieved excellent result in the selling process. We were very concerned about the current uncertain market conditions however, Harsh made it very successful and stress free experience achieved the best.
