We are the buy of a property through this agent. We were disappointed to find a number of things wrong with the property, and items that we were told were included not left when we moved in. We attended final inspection but felt rushed and distracted due to agent chatting, and not leaving us by ourselves to look around and take things in. Repairs that we have had to undertake are not expected of a property in the price range eg above 1.25m! Perhaps the real estate contracts should have to list items wrong with the property in Qld as they do in other states. This would have saved lots of stress and money!
