As soon as I enquired about the property and spoke with Vicki about viewing times, she imbued me with her no bullsh** approach for selling a property. After months and months of playing games with other agents and of course seeing properties that weren't for us, Vicki made the decision making process easy. She went above and beyond her normal activities as an agent listening to us panic, worry and answering our questions (we even got local tips for food!!!) ! You can tell that Vicki cares about people and how important a home is for someone whether you are buying or selling and it makes all the difference. At settlement, we where delighted to pick up the keys to our dream home, and Vicki had totally spoilt us with a beautiful gift basket.
