Hard fought RE/MAX Victory.
RE/MAX Victory have been our property managers since 2018 and we like to thank the whole team for their efficient and professional management of the four units at 29 Mortimer Street, Caboolture. When we decided to put the property on the market, it was confirmed that the Caboolture area didn't enjoy the same spectacular price rises seen elsewhere. Although it took longer than expected, we like to thank Vicki for her persistence and her 'dog with a bone' attitude which resulted in a successful sale.

An easy to work with agent who took care of the stressful parts of the sale.
Renee was easy to work with. Whilst in the early stages I would have preferred more information and updates on how the property was going, in the end we got a great price. When it came to negotiating the price, tenants moving out and settlement etc Renee was easily accessible and did a fantastic job.

We got the best to do the best.
If you are buying or selling in the Caboolture area and you are not using Vicki, you are doing yourself a disfavour. I have bought and sold a number of houses over the past five years and I will be first one to say that I would not use another agent. Vicki has a "no crap" attitude to serving both vendors and buyers.
