I recommend Vicki with the fullest of confidence if you require an agent in the greater Caboolture region. Prior to placing our own home on the market we studied the sales history of our surrounding suburbs to see firstly which agents were selling, and secondly at what price and time frame. It was obvious that regardless of the suburb or price, Vicki had fantastic figures. Upon meeting Vicki she had great knowledge of our property and the potential price we could achieve (backed by her previous sales - not paper talk). We were instantly impressed with her no-nonsense approach and how she would position us in the market. Everything from her advertising to communication to showing our property to other agents was first rate. It was not coincidental that we had a signed contract 2 weeks after officially being on the market at a price that was higher than our expectations. When we first decided to list our property we asked another agent for an appraisal... Just before we decided to list I saw the compare the agent website and got another couple of appraisals. 4 of them were for 50k less then what Vikki sold our home for.. We were so wrong in assuming all agents are the same. Vikki really gave us confidence that the house we worked hard to make a soild saleable home was worth more than what we were being told otherwise. And ill be damned, she was actually right. She got us well above the asking price and a very happy buyer. It was a win win. Vikki's method to appraise is proven and works.. She is not an invasive agent and won't harras you with agent BS.
