Vicki is very hard working, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Vicki works hard to get the best price for her clients and her photographer takes beautiful photos of your property to make it stand out. She is very knowledgeable within the realty industry and can answer any and all questions you may have. Vicki is extremely friendly and outgoing whilst maintaining a great level of professionalism. I would recommend Vicki to anyone wanting the best outcome for their property who is reliable and will make your selling experience a good one. Janice's knowledge of the housing market provided confidence on what we could realistically expect.
Janice's advice proved to be very accurate on what price we could realistically expect on the sale of our property in the current market. On the money within our time expectations
We chose Vicki based on a simple formula- how often had we seen her signs in the area. This did not dissapoint. Vicki gave us a good appraisal while explaining her reasoning. The property sold within 30 days and met our value expectation . Very impressed.

An Agent who gets it done without the B.S.
We were selling our rental property in a loss situation. Vicki gave us an honest appraisal and got on with finding buyers. Several offers were generated almost immediately. They were lower than the appraisal. Instead of being advised to accept these low offers and listen to what the market was saying, she advised these were mostly from investors, and that we would get more if we were prepared to be patient. I don't know if you have sold a house before but you don't get this sort of advice from a commission focused self interested agent. Lots more hard work and many offers later, Vicki found us our buyer. We came out of the deal with our shirts on and couldn't have been happier with the job Vicki did and the result she achieved for us. We would highly recommend Vicki to anyone who wants straight advice from a hard working professional who gets on with job without the B.S. J & K McEwan

a load of our shoulders
I would like to share our story with you all, my wife and I had a investment property in Caboulture we both had to move to New Zealand due to our daughters illness and basically had to start again. I found employment and my wife nursed our daughter back to health our bills kept on coming and we had to make dissensions once more. Vicky Ford was one of the best choices we ever made, this lady listened intensely and with compassion of our plight . I am recommending this person for her fair kinkum can do spirit, this lady is a rain of sunshine in a cloudy day . thank you Vicky Ford and team I reckon you a tops in our book no worries at all.
