Living interstate we were unable to meet any Agents in person however, in the first phone call with Sally we knew we'd found the right person to sell our Buderim Villa. Unlike other Agents we interviewed who talked 'at' us or worse, just wanted a quick turn around by straight up suggesting we sell to Investors. Instead, Sally asked us questions about what we wanted and needed and she really listens ! We wanted a campaign to find someone who would love the Villa as much as we did and was willing to pay accordingly. As other reviewers have noted she has tremendous local knowledge, is intelligent, articulate, a great communicator and goes above and beyond. We experienced all that and more. There was no need for my usual micro managing as she thought of everything. She made every aspect of our sale her priority, all while having the most warm and relatable personality. She listens and guides with great insight and achieved a fantastic sales result for us.
