Buying this property through Paul DiLanzo was an absolute pleasure, such an easy going agent that isn't at all pushy but worked for us (purchaser) equally as much as he did his client (seller). If I ever have a property to sell I will definitely be engaging Paul. Whilst we have a few minor builder issues which are not Paul's direct fault, he has ensured us all will be rectified in due course.
