Gareth did a great job selling the property. Kept us informed from day one. Went above and beyond to assist with any issue. Sale went through very smoothly and very happy with price he achieved. Would not hesitate to recommend Gareth and his team.

Gareth is a good salesman with a great experience and knowledge of the market. Honest, reliable, helpful, a man of his word, and he conducted the sale in a timely manner. Dealing with him and Taylah his associate was a pleasure. Thank you Gareth and Taylah.

A lovely fresh happy bright and bubbly agent who was helpful, kind, considerate, informative and professional! We flew in from Broome to look at this property and she gave us a private viewing holding it until we got there ! Who does that nowadays? Julie cared!

I would strongly recommend Chris and Jai, particularly for selling in Beldon. Chris had a great understanding of the local market and was able to get the price we wanted. The whole team were really helpful and made the process run smoothly.
Chris Lovell
Chris and the Lovell team made out sale a breeze and where always there to help with any questions. If I was to sell again I would undoubtedly be contacting Chris as I know he would make sure we got the best price for our property.

Sean's ability to skillfully navigate multiple offers to get us the best possible price was outstanding. In the current market, any agent can get several offers. The differentiator with Sean is that he is able to get the highest price by getting the offers to the strongest position possible.

Sean and all the team at Realmark were exceptional. We were extremely pleased with the outcome they achieved on our behalf. We were updated regularly and kept informed of all potentialities. Would have absolutely no hesitation in using their services again.

Bought and sold with Julie on numerous occassions from overseas. She's a great communicator and the essential oil between the buyer and the seller, always very professional. . .

very easy and simple purchase of our new home, made possible by Chris, may have paid a little overs 😉 but a really great experience, thanks Chris!

We worked with Chris to purchase a property in Dec 2023. We found Chris to be open and easy to deal with through the purchase. He was professional and took the time to answer questions at the viewing and would keep in contact by phone after conducting himself in a professional manner. We were unsuccessful with our first offer on a house through Chris and a couple of months later were successful on the second, again through Chris. Our family are settled in and enjoying our new home.
