After 30 years since my last move, I found Julie a very knowledgeable and calming lady as I panicked over getting everything ready myself. Her advice was invaluable - she even supplied me with packing boxes. I would highly recommend Julie's expertise with the local market.

Julie managed the sale of my home, from telephone contact to settlement. She advertised my home and sold it the next day. Sold in 1 day.... how incredible is that. Julie understands the market and is preprepared for genuine buyers before she advertises. Many thanks Julie

Julie Helped us from the very beginning. I checked out home opens before collaborating with Julie and found her the most approachable Real Estate agent in Connolly. She knows the area and her team were also super professional and helped us from the start to the end and took the stress out of selling as she was always only a phone call away. Julie got a great price and negotiated very well. She has a list of trades to help you add the final touches to make your home shine above other house in the area. I don't normally give reviews, but she was so good, I have to tell the Connolly residents to not look elsewhere as Julie is the best.

We purchased our family home through Paul, and can't recommend him highly enough. From talking us through the offer process to showing us how the reticulation system worked during the pre-settlement inspection, he was genuine, accomodating and helpful throughout the entire process. You won't go wrong buying or selling from Paul and his team.
