Chris has assisted me in purchasing a house in Perth few years ago and recently selling the same house whilst I have been on the East Coast. Chris, Jai, Melissa and the rest of the team at Realmark have been very professional and friendly throughout both of my experience. Chris is very knowledagble, communicates well, and I am very pleased with the results and outcome he has delivered. Chris definitely will show you the real picture and work towards delivering better results instead of the contrary. Both of my experience with Chris have been positive overall and I recommend Chris and the team at Realmark to everyone especially if you are in another state. Thank you once again Chris and the team!

My partner and I worked with Julie on the purchase of our first home. She was such a delight to work with, making the whole process feel exciting rather than stressful. Julie responded to all communications promptly whether by email, text, or call. She is extremely knowledgeable and it is clear she looks after her clients and has a passion for helping people find their dream home. Would recommend Julie to anyone - she makes the buying process feel personal rather than transactional!

Paul, went above and beyond to help with the sale of the property to us. He delivered unbelievable service to the sellers by undertaking work to ensure that the sale of the property meet our expectation. He was extremely responsive and always available for our calls. He would be someone who we would love to use in the event if we were to sell our house in the future due to the unbelievable service and care for both parties.

I rarely write reviews about anything, but when given the opportunity to write a review for Chris, I just couldn't resist sharing my exceptional experience with the Lovell team. Friendly, professional, and just absolutely amazing from my first contact all the way through to settlement. They made selling my investment property stress free and effortless by arranging all the trades and repairs and improvements necessary to achieve the optimum sale price. Their communication was fantastic and kept me fully informed of the progress from start to finish. Should the opportunity arise again, I would not hesitate to engage the Lovel team for either selling or buying a property. Thanks Chris, Jai, and Melissa for all your hard work.

From the moment we stepped inside the house we were greeted with kindness, knowledge and warmth. Chris gave us the space we needed to observe the property and made us feel at ease when he answered all our questions and gave us more insight of everything the house had to offer. From then on Chris was prompt in all aspects of the process, We were absolutely delighted with Chris and his team and we honestly feel that we were always looked after involving us every step of the way. Chris is sensational at what he does and it shows when your in his presence. We cant thank Chris enough for all he has done for our family and we are delighted for this wonderful house we can now call our home.

We couldn't have asked for a better agent than Chris. He and Jai were extremely easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and were always available to answer any questions. After many failed attempts at purchasing a house, we were absolutely thrilled to learn that our offer had been accepted on our home which we have now settled into. Chris and Jai were genuinely very excited for my partner and I to secure the home, and made the experience of buying a home (which can be very stressful) a very seamless process. Their knowledge of the local area was also a huge bonus!

Brad was nothing but helpful when it came to the sale of our late mothers home. From the initial appraisal right through to final settlement Brad and his team did everything they could to make the sale of the property as seamless as possible.
