Only talk to man on the phone. He was always to busy to catch-up. The house we brought was dirty and cost us $1000 to clean and that wasn’t everything because we had moving boxes in some of the rooms. There was paint off walls where they had stickers or something . Fat splashed up walls behind stove top. Windows weren’t clean.

Gary knew his stuff, he didn't hound us, got back to us promptly, there was no BS, we however put extra pressure on him as we wanted to settle in 21 days so he had to work a bit harder to get that to happen, and he did!
