Brent was excellent right from the word go! At first I wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell... I ummed and ahhed a little and Brent said he’d follow my lead. I made up my mind after my tenant decided they were moving out and the house sold immediately, that weekend actually — I was astonished and so relieved. Great communication between the buyer and Brent meant a quick settlement and just three weeks from deciding I’d sell, the property has settled! Great work Brent! All this was done while having a baby in between during your “free” time!
