I have both purchased and sold a home with Brent as my agent. I’ve dealt with a fair few in the local area but no one comes close to the genuine care and integrity that Brent holds. He’s has always gone out of his way to support all my (terribly timed) enquires and offered advice even on other properties that weren’t his own listings. The support I’ve had from Brent over the last couple of years will always stay with me and I’ll continue to recommend him to everyone I know.

Brent was our Realestate agent helping us buy a house. He not only went above and beyond to help the sellers sell their property but also maintained a great relationship with us as the buyer and helped communicate to the seller How interested we were in the house. He went anbove and beyond to help both the seller and the buyer come To a great point where we could both communicate our interest and needs and worked tirelessly and effortlessly until this house was sold. We couldn’t have asked for a more genuine and down to earth realtor and although I don’t think will be in the market to buy a house for another 20 years we would hope that Brent would be around to help us buy the next one 😀

This was the first time I have worked with Adam. He did a great job, helping to build trust with prospective buyers during multiple open houses. He did an open house for multiple weekends in a row to help try and sell the house as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to have him in our corner and I highly recommend him if you are looking to sell.

I have bought multiple houses from Brent in the past but this was the first one we have sold through Realway. It wasn't the easiest market to sell in but we stuck in there and Brent and Adam helped get us a really good price. Brent's pulse on the market and his price recommendations were very solid. His customer service is great and I would highly recommend him and his team. We will be back to sell more houses soon!

Adam was very professional throughout the process of selling our house. He was always available and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Adam and would definitely use him again.

Gary was prompt and efficient in achieving a successful sale, including coordinating and dealing with interstate brokers, buyers and solicitors, whom were seemingly tardy with responses, even in consideration of time lines = he "gets the job done." Gary is friendly and pleasant with his communications, keeping the vendor informed throughout the sales process. He has a very extensive knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the Bundaberg regional area. He is a good listener and aptly makes suitable suggestions.

Shane showed patience and confidence at first while I was finishing a number of pre sale improvements. Once the sale process began Shane's experience and professionalism took over and my property had a number of great offers from the first open house. Shane guided me through the ensuing maze of requirements and obstacles in a calm and relaxed manner, leaving me with full confidence in his knowledge of the process. Shane was always contactable and returned messages promptly on all occasions. His industry instinct was invaluable and consistently accurate. He guided me respectfully throughout the settlement period taking full account of my lack of online skills in his recommendations. I could not be happier with the outcome with respect to both the timeline and financial outcome. Shane made the entire process a pleasure and I would not hesitate to recommend Shane to anyone looking for an approachable, friendly, professional, understanding and highly knowledgeable agent to sell a property through. Thanks Shane! Gary Knox

We were knew to the property market having never sold a property before. Add to that the added inconvenience of living in a completely different state, we were nervous about finding an agent that could not only meet our expectations but sell our property. Brent was the last of 5 other agents we interviewed and I think we knew we wanted to go with him within the first 10 minutes of meeting him. Brent and his team have been amazing through the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure we were fully informed and comfortable throughout each stage of the selling process. Brent surpassed our expectations both in communication and the final selling price of our property. We would not hesitate using Brent and his team again and will surely be recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you so much guys!
