Adam is a brilliant agent and was an absolutely brilliant operator. Nothing was ever too difficult & if a response was needed, he was onto it as soon as possible. His knowledge of the process was so helpful, as we haven't purchased in a long time and the changes were daunting. However, Adam helped as every step of the way. His professional and thorough approach, with a sense of commonality, made it very easy to deal with & trust his judgement.

Adams communication and professionalism throughout our buying experience was top notch. Adam was easy going and happy to help in all situations that seem to arise while buying a rural property.

Selling my property was a first time experience and being that I was unfamiliar with the process and felt abit in the dark. Brent lllingworth made it such a delightful and easy process, keeping me always upto date with all the steps needed to be taken, provided me with the correct knowledge in the selling process to give me a better and positive understanding. From the beginning of my property being listed on the market right through till the day of settlement was a busy time for me and my little family with lots of changes and busy schedules. So meeting selected dates and times for viewings/inspections was never a easy task. Brent went above and beyond and always worked right alongside me to meet my schedule and fit in the times, making the experience of selling stress free and convenient. I can not thank Brent Illingworth enough and Realway Bundaberg for helping me in the process of selling my home it's been a pleasure to have had such a professional, friendly and knowledgeable Agent such as Brent.

Brent is very good at his what he does talking to buyers and engaging them to understand what they are after. Prompt with his response to messages and very knowledgeable in the real estate market. One thing to improve is notifying the seller at end of viewings to advise that it had finish or with feedback, sometimes didn't happen until hours afterwards or until we called.

He guided me through every step of the process which was important at the age 82, as it’s been a while between selling and buying houses. Adam was supportive every steps of the way restoring my confidence in every way. Adam, he’s a good young cobber that’s for sure. I highly recommend him.

After being referred to Brent to sell an investment property, I was pleasantly surprised that everything I’d heard was true. He communicated well and as an absentee seller I was very happy with not only the outcome but the standards set for the entire process. Thanks Brent.
