Dealing with Shane was a pleasure from the outset with his relaxed and easy manner. We felt confident and secure that we were dealing with an honest and genuine agent who attended to our queries and kept in close touch along the way to finalisation. Would be happy to recommend him.

Brent and the team made my selling experience a wonderful one. Not only does Brent have extensive knowledge of the area and many years experience in the real estate industry, he is also trustworthy, respectful and amicable, making me feel at ease with my daunting decision to sell. Brent’s communication skills were top notch and he updated me every step of the way. I never ever felt like I was in the “dark” throughout the whole process. He was so positive throughout the whole experience. I truly appreciate everything Brent, Ethan and the team have done for me. If another opportunity arose, I would choose Brent and his team again.

Working with Brent & his team of professionals has been the most positive 'all round' outcome we have ever experienced buying or selling property. From the very first discussion we had with Brent, he put us at ease with his polite, courteous & positive communication style. Though keen to move forward I never felt hurried or rushed to make a decision. Brent & Ethan quickly presented us with offers on our property far above our original expectations & kept us informed throughout the entire process to sale. It was an absolute delight working with everyone in Brent’s team. We would thoroughly recommend Brent Illingworth as your first choice whether you are buying, selling or renting. Thanks Realway Property Consultants Bundaberg! Gary & Julie B.

We first used Adam in 2022 to sell our house. His communication, professionalism and knowledge was first rate and he made the whole process so easy for us as first time sellers. After our success first time around with Adam we didn't think twice when our priorities changed and we decided to sell our block of land. Adam once again provided great advice and guidance, showing a real understanding of current market conditions and helping us to achieve above our expectations for the second time. I can't rate Adam highly enough and recommend him to all my family and friends!

Brent went the ‘extra’ mile to make sure that everything went smoothly from inspection to settlement, no question was too much and very generous with his time and genuine care. More than just a Real Estate agent, Brent and the team at RealWay are the ‘Real’ deal. Couldn’t be happier!

Brent and the Realway team made selling my forever home easier. I was surprised how much the market and laws had changed over the last couple of years and was thankful for the time taken to advise me and answer all my questions. I was kept informed at each step and as each contract milestone was met at a time that suited my timetable. This experience was superior to past Realestate dealings and I would use Brent and the team again.

I highly recommend Adam. This is the 2nd time he has worked hard for us. After having such an excellent experience first time around we didn't hesitate and we went with Adam again. Adam ticks all the box's when it comes to real-estate. He is professional, honest, reliable, full of knowledge and on the ball with the market. Nothing was ever a trouble for Adam and the communication has always been fantastic. I highly rate Adam.

My wife and I recently decided to put our family home on the market to sell this was not an easy decision to make. But Adam was amazing, professional, and understanding. He was by our side through the entire process making it so easy and comfortable for us. Adam got the house sold very quickly and got us the price we wanted. Thanks to Adam we are now able to live out our dream retirement and enjoy more family and travel time. My wife and I would highly recommend Adam.

I have been a client of Realway Bundaberg for almost 10 years as a property owner, and cannot speak highly enough of Brent (and his entire team), who went above and beyond, when I made the decision to sell my investment property. Brent’s local knowledge and real estate expertise made the selling process such a positive experience for me, and not only did he secure a very quick sale for me, but he also got me over my asking price. Brent was friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way, making the selling process completely stress free for me. I cannot recommend Brent and the Realway Bundaberg team highly enough. Thank you so much Brent !!

This is the second house Adam has sold for us and wouldn't choose any other agent. Adam kept us up to date with how everything was going and went beyond to help and send items to us in another country. Got the best result from our house sale. Extremely happy with the outcome!

Adam was extremely professional in all aspects. He was very open and honest and answered all our questions. He was willing to meet outside office hours and worked with our solicitor’s timeframe. Certainly made our purchase easy and hassle free.
