Once she took over the sales process, we were guided through the open house inspections which were not as difficult as we had imagined. Kathy kept us in the loop at all times, calling almost daily once the house when onto the internet. 6 days after the launch we had a contract and she negotiated the best price possible. Kathy was so professional and her skills as a communicator are top notch. Selling our house was very stressful but Kathy made the whole experience enjoyable and trouble free. We know that behind the scenes she was working very hard for us. Her support for us continues with regular contact as we await settlement.

Just go Caple. Its not worth losing money making the mistake we almost did. We initial chose to use an agent that was not local but through a connection. This turned out to be a huge mistake and almost cost us an absolute fortune. They didn't know the area and certainly didn't specialise in it. They initiall tried to convince us that an offer we received was "drug money". i.e. more than we could ever have hoped. We initially thought great. Lets go. Then we encountered an issue with the maintenance of the house which was the agents fault. Instead of owning up to it, they blamed everyone else and dropped us as a client. I am not sure why this happened. Either they are bad at their job or can't be bothered putting in a modicum of effort. Fast forward to engaging the Caple family. We have just settled for $60,000 more than we were previous told was more than we could ever get. So don't make a $60k mistake. Just use these guys.
