If you need a hardworking , committed and persistent Resl estate lady then Sam Neilsen is your lady ! Our property sales went far from smoothly thanks to the buyer and we were faced with many challenges to see our sale finalised . Settlement changed twice , again from buyer, legal challenges were faced yet Sam worked with us every step of the way to see the sale finalised , all be in 2 weeks later and our entire home contents in limbo with the removalist.
