Received a cold call from Ben middle 2021 asking if I wanted my house appraised. Why not, I wasn't thinking of selling until May 2022 though, unless he came up a the magic number :) Ben must have taken that as a challenge, because out of the blue in January 2022, Ben called and said I think you might be happy. Anyway long story short, the service I received from Ben was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, "real" and professional. His communication was always on point and when he said he would get back to me, he always did. Honestly, we can't fault Ben's service. He loves his job, he loves the challenge, and continues to push himself, which we believe makes him stand out over others. He is not afraid of the hard work!
