Buying your first house is a huge milestone and can come with the stress of navigating the competitive real estate market. Nick made the process super easy and seamless from the initial inspection all the way through to settlement whilst assisting me smooth out any hiccups we had along the way. Nick was always easily contactable via phone or email with prompt response to any questions or concerns, always keeping me up to date regarding the process. I would highly recommend Nick and/or the Neilson REMAX team to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property.

Seller of house in Alexandra Hills, QLD

Elsebe was wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable. A strong communicator who was always prompt with answers to my questions. She made me feel very comfortable in my decisions, and always full of suggestions to advance the sale. I will definitely be recommending her and if the need arises, I will continue to use her in the future. Thank you Elsebe and the team.

Professional and Realistic

I came to Dave after a recommendation from a friend and after having dealt with some other agents in the area who were either very pushy, unprofessional or unrealistic about what my house would sell for in order to get me to sign with them. Dave was none of these things, he was professional, knowledgeable and realistic. The process with Team Neilson was stress free and I would recommend them to other sellers.
