Highly professional team, always responsive and helpful. Buying a house is a stressful process but with Dave and his team (especially Elsebe) it was much of joyful and memorable experience. They are open to negotiation, fair and undrestand the emotions in such a process as well as the rules and regulations.

Dave's local experience placed him in a great position to provide comparative properties for us to add to our own research of the current market. Dave was available after hours for negotiating and took into consideration our needs, as well as the sellers'. The end result was a fair deal for all.

Working with David and his team throughout the purchase of my first home was extremely easy and straight forward. Excellent communication and support throughout the whole process from start to finish. I cannot recommend David and his team enough.

Sam Neilson is a very special real estate agent. She is passionate about her job, but also about people. We approached her and her team to sell our home, something we had not done for 30 years, so it was quite daunting. As we are in the 65+ age group, we needed expertise, patience and kindness, all of which she delivered generously. Our home was on contract, at a price way above our expectations, within days and we also had a backup offer. Sam answered every phone call, email and message promptly. We had numerous questions and answers were quick and reassuring. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure to have her as our agent.

The agent was exceptional! Answered all questions promptly and did all that was asked if him, to an extent that live made tentative enquires about adopting him! Great work and a big thank you.

Nick Johnston from Remax Cleveland was genuine, professional, supportive and very informative. His willingness to help with all the processes and challenges of purchasing our property was well above our expectations. From the late night and weekend calls asking so many questions, nothing was a problem for Nick. He definitely calmed our nerves when needed. Nick made this purchase exciting and we will definitely be dealing with him again. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone buying or selling a property. Thanks

Ben's professional approach to us as the buyer and also to the vendor we were purchasing from was above reproach. We could see how hard he was working to get the best price for his client. After purchasing the property through Ben, we had no hesitation in getting him to sell our property knowing how hard he would work for us to get the best price. His communication through the buying and selling processes was outstanding with after hours contact to confirm all administration. Highly Recommended.

Ben assisted us selling our home within 72 hours of listing! Liaising with two seller parties separately all while ensuring a seamless sale. Totally recommend, Ben and his team are professionals who go the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy!

Ben was very professional in his dealings with me to sell the property. He went out of his way to get us the best price possible & negotiated a satisfactory deal with the vendor relating to some issues identified with the pest & building inspection. He was went out of his way to assist in relocation of the tenant (an 80 yo lady!) to another property in the same complex prior to settlement. Having dealt with a no. of property agents over the years I would have to say Ben has certainly been one of the best.
