So our friend Tam called one day & asked if we’d let her come do an appraisal on our home as she was a new agent & needed the practice. Sure we said ( just to see what price they came up with). She brought her mentor Sam with her and told us they’d have no problem getting what we wanted. Yeh right, heard that line before. “Ok if you can get that price, we’ll sell” we replied. Anyway, fast forward a few short weeks and we were homeless as we had never really expected to sell it for what we asked and also achieve a street record price. As an agent Sam is very professional and also very knowledgeable about the market but along the way she has also become a good friend. So thank you ladies, Amazing job.

Sam's expertise and professionalism resulted in the highly successful sale of our canal front property in Aquatic Paradise under difficult circumstances. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we were overseas and could not return to the Redlands to be present for the sale, but Sam handled every detail expertly from start to finish, minimizing our stress and allowing us to sleep at night. Sam prepared the property for sale, did an excellent job of marketing and showing the property, negotiated with potential buyers, and ultimately achieved a result that left all parties pleased with the outcome - no small feat in the real estate business. Dave sold himself very well and we believe his professionalism sold our property quickly and for a great and fair price. The business actually works as a team of in our case 4 people and of course the admin . I do believe return phone calls and timing of open houses could have been more efficiently discussed with us and a couple of things discussed at original sales meeting were not followed up correctly . All and all they are a great team. We would use them again.

I bought my house through Debra and immediately thought of her when I was ready to sell. I found her to be very down to earth and easy to talk to while being professional. She's quick to reply to any inquiry I had and kept me abreast of the sale of my house which I really appreciated. My house did fall through the first time, no fault of Deb, but she immediately did the work and had another buyer lined up quickly. I found her and the Remax Simon Salm team great to work with and would definitely use ask her again to sell my house if I was thinking of selling.

A little disappointed with Sam as an agent.She tried to talk us into accepting first offer but we asked her to counter offer and buyer accepted.She told us buyer had sufficient funds to complete the purchase however that was incorrect as buyer had applied for finance.After signing initial contract never heard from her again despite extensions for finance and then settlement on 2/2/21.No follow up or even congratulations once sale went through.Will not use her again or recommend her

Sam overseen a complete renovation of my investment property in Birkdale Qld as well as selling the property after the works were completed (Year 2018). She organised,over seen the works onsite & got competitive quotes for all aspects of the renovation of my property & the results were outstanding & great value for money. Once the property was completed she was able to get us a competitive price for our property in a very hard market place at that time. Would recommend Sam for both the renovation & sales process.
