My dealings with Steven Murphy have been excellent and extremely professional. Purchasing a property from a distance is quite different to being onsite but thanks to the help from both my parents and Steven this experience has been extremely positive and successful. When I did travel to see the property in person Steven went out of his way to meet my timeframes. Right from our first meeting with Dave and his associate Emma (who by the way was absolutely fantastic all the way through) it was evident he was a true salesman, We were not quite sure if we were ready to sell but he sold us on it and the contract was signed. We were not pushed into signing we were sold due to his knowledge of the market and our area. Having the awards he and his team have received helped as well I guess. I have to say they are not the cheapest realtors in town but I always say.... most times you get what you pay for and in the case of the Neilson Team they came through bringing us two offers in the first week and sold within two! At times i found the process a little stressful as this was the first time selling my house and not knowing what to expect. I would ring Debra McDonald and with her nice relaxing tone of voice she would answer my question or solve the problem. Giving me constant updates along the way. I would highly recomend her.
