Harcourts is so much more professional than our previous real estate agent. From the initial home inspection to follow through from our condition report the process has been so pleasant. The items we have pointed out as an issue they are having someone look at these within two weeks of moving in. Thanks Harcourts as we were begin to loose faith in property management. Your land lords must be so happy with how you treat their properties.

We met Andrew during our property hunt in Carlingford and while we did not transact with him, Andrew was very proactive in offering his help to lease out our property. Andrew was knowledgeable and diligent and provided us with great advice on getting the best result for our property. He achieved a fantastic result for us and we would definitely recommend him for all vendors and landlord looking for a hardworking professional who strives to achieve great results.

I spoke to several Agents and then a friend recommend Andrew Magro. I spoke to Andrew and he gave us some valuable advice, and suggested some essential repairs to the Unit. After some time I contacted Andrew again and he assessed our property again, explained the options and then clearly went through the rental procedure. The property was advertised, very promptly and the desired tenant was found as predicted. Thank you Andrew and the Team. Paul and Margaret.

After looking around on the central coast for a fair amount of time, and not getting much help from any other agencies at all, it was so refreshing to receive professional, prompt assistance from Harcourts. A special mention has to go to Amy Pham who was been responsive, professional and always willing to help. It almost seemed too good to be true at first, but that's just the level Harcourts provides. I couldn't be happier with the service we have received.

Our experience so far with Harcourts has been a very positive one. They are very responsive and easy to reach when needed. Their onboarding rental processes is professional and easy to work through. They have been very thorough although I never felt they asked unnecessary information or feel hassled. Overall one of the better agencies I have ever dealt with and I look forward to hopefully a very long relationship with them.
