Living in Australia, this is the first time I have experienced such a fast turnaround. And I always appreciate the kindness with which customers are treated, and the professionalism of the work. I appreciate the way they handle things while considering the customer's position. Thank you.

Place isn't cleanest especially the carpet and windows and windows. They fixed a couple of concerns but left the carspace non standard hanging for me. I'm a single mum with allergic kids so have had to do much deep cleaning. Especially the carpets. The pest are crawling in the house from spiders to roaches. Thanks Amelia for accepting our application though you've been helpful.

Andrew Magro, the owner of the company has been my property manager for nearly 20 years. He is so easy to reach whenever I have enquires and explains clearly and informatively. He can always find reliable and responsible tenants for me. He is able to handle any challenges like tenant negotiations, late payments and etc in professional and ethical way. He is able to represent my interests and at the same time maintaining good tenants relationships. I always refer Andrew to friends who are seeking a reliable and trustworthy realestate agent.
